Why did we choose to bring the power of generative AI to help manage change?

What do we mean by 'change'?
Change is the process of moving from an existing state to a new one – whether by necessity or by vision, whether incremental or transformational, whether imposed or self-directed.
It’s not just about fixing what’s broken or managing transitions; it’s about creating what’s next—new ways of working, new possibilities, new frontiers.
How are we evolving Navar for the future?

So we empower our users to skip the struggle – by delivering change and new initiatives faster – and with less effort.
Essentially, we are supercharging and democratising change consultancy.
In 2024 we started with our first two features, aimed at getting your initiatives going from zero to one hundred kilometres per hour in minutes, instead of days or weeks. These first features include the ability to analyse your situation, define a problem statement, and shape a solution.
During 2025 we're extending what Navar does, to make it the preferred destination whenever you need to start something new – or reshape what's already there.
Why are we called Navar?
Our name combines 'Navigation' with 'Radar'.
These technologies let users get going faster, arrive at their destination with less hassle, and minimise any risks along the way.
It’s the perfect name for a specialised AI tool that makes change and new initiatives quicker and easier to deliver than ever before.
The stylised 'N' in our icon has its own significance too. The two vertical bars represent the integration of generative AI and human insight, heralding a powerful new way to navigate change and new initiatives of all kinds.
